This process includes a holistic approach to company valuation where not only a few of methods are calculated and considered, but every method of asset-based, revenue-based, and comparables-based valuation is calculated.


We use comparisons from currently operating private companies, comparisons from published values of public companies, and we also use comparisons from completed transactions from peer group companies.
